Livo Care Paste

Paste

Accelerates Liver Regeneration And Cell Renewal And Supports Its Proper Functioning.

A paste supplement for horses that supports proper liver function. It is especially recommended for animals with liver disorders, liver failure, or after antibiotic or other drug therapies. Feed additives included in the product accelerate the liver regeneration and cell renewal. They also improve functioning of this organ and stimulate the secretion of digestive enzymes. They regulate cholesterol level in the blood, with beneficial effects on the digestive, circulatory and nervous system. They protect from damages caused by toxins, viruses and medicines. Highly concentrated dry plant extracts, contained in the preparation, additionally support the above processes. Methionine prevents hepatic steatosis, and when combined with protected choline chloride, it works synergistically with other ingredients, enhancing their effects. Choline chloride in protected form is highly bioavailable and reaches the intestine unchanged, where it is absorbed into the system. Taurine increases the metabolic transport and dissolves fatty acids.

Active substances

Chicory

Mildly stimulates gastric juice and bile secretion, increases urinary excretion and removes toxins. It is used to treat digestive disorders and general weakness.

Milk thistle

The most important active substance contained in the plant is silymarin, which has anti-hepatotoxic (prevents toxins from binding to the surface of hepatocytes) and cytoprotective (prevents the formation of free radicals) effects.

Dandelion

The extract is rich in active ingredients, including triterpenes, tannins, flavonoids, and carotenoids; it also contains potassium, magnesium, silicon, vitamin C, and vitamin B. As a result, the extract has a laxative and diuretic effect and can be used for bile flow disorders, loss of appetite and indigestion.

Artichoke

It contains cynarin, which reduces lipid levels in the blood serum and helps maintain normal cholesterol levels by promoting its excretion with bile and conversion to fatty acids. As a result, the artichoke prevents hepatic steatosis and plays a role in liver regeneration by improving blood circulation and supporting the detoxification processes in the body. The presence of inulin in artichoke acts prebiotically for a healthy gut flora

B vitamins

B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) influence lipid metabolism, lower cholesterol levels and fatty acid synthesis, increase bile production and help prevent side effects associated with antibiotic therapy.

Vitamin K

It supports the production of prothrombin and other blood clotting factors in the liver, prevents the accumulation of atherosclerotic plaques, and the calcification of arteries. Supplementation with vitamin K is very important after antibiotic therapy, as antibiotics reduce the absorption of vitamin K.

Betaine

It supports the production of prothrombin and other blood clotting factors in the liver, prevents the accumulation of atherosclerotic plaques, and the calcification of arteries. Supplementation with vitamin K is very important after antibiotic therapy, as antibiotics reduce the absorption of vitamin K.It supports bile flow, has lipotropic and protective effects on liver tissue Enhances the process of detoxification in the body. Normalizes the pH of gastric juice, improves gastric motility, and accelerates the digestion of feed.

Methionine

An essential component for the synthesis of nucleic acids, choline, betaine, creatine phosphate and adrenaline. Increases the synthesis of glutathione (a tripeptide), which eliminates free radicals, protecting the body’s cells from damage caused by toxins and facilitates the removal of toxins.

L-carnitine

L-carnitine facilitates and accelerates the acquisition of energy from fatty acids and fats, and is indicated in supporting the skeletal system and heart muscle, as well as the proper functioning of the liver, which is of decisive importance for the future fitness and endurance of the horse.

Protected choline chloride

In its unchanged form, it reaches the intestines, where it is released and absorbed, thus providing the maximum dose of choline to the body. The main advantage of using protected choline is its gradual release in the body, ensuring that an adequate dose of choline is available for a longer period. Choline is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. It plays a role in the transport and metabolism of cholesterol, thus preventing its accumulation on the walls of blood vessels. By stimulating lipid metabolism, it helps prevent the development of fatty liver disease. It acts as a detoxifying agent that supports hepatocyte function by removing foreign substances from the body.

Taurine

It helps transport creatine to the muscles, contributing to more effective utilization and improving exercise capacity, as well as accelerating muscle recovery after exertion. During intense activity, the body stops producing the required amounts of taurine, leading to its deficiency. Taurine acts as a metabolic transmitter and has a detoxifying effect, as well as enhancing the strength of heart contractions.
