Supports the Proper Functioning of the Respiratory System

A preparation for horses and foals intended for use in cases of respiratory tract infections. It is also very effective during hot weather, facilitating breathing and providing relief. The ingredients of the product support the proper functioning of the respiratory system in horses. They have immunostimulating, secretolytic and soothing effects. Additionally, they have protective, coating and expectorant properties. They assist in clearing bronchial secretions. They reduce irritation of the mucous membranes and have an anaesthetic effect.

INGREDIENTS

brewer’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), ground liquorice root, ground white willow bark.

FEED ADDITIVES (per 100 ml)

(vitamins) vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin E, niacinamide; (trace elements) zinc (zinc sulphate monohydrate), manganese (manganous sulphate, monohydrate), copper (copper(II) sulphate pentahydrate), selenium (sodium selenite); (flavouring substances) mixture of flavouring substances; (emulsifiers) glycerol polyethylene glycol ricinoleate, xanthan gum; (antioxidants) BHT.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT USE

Foals: 25 ml/animal, as a single dose. Repeat the dose after 12 hours, use for 5 days. Horses: 20 ml for every 100 kg of body weight, but not more than 100 ml at once. Repeat the dose after 12 hours, use for 5 days.

Essential oils help alleviate inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, inflammation of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, sinuses, and periodontium. Additionally, they stimulate the immune system, and menthol has many positive properties. Cineole is a substance that increases the secretion of the glands in the upper respiratory tract. It restores the normal movement of the ciliated epithelium, facilitating the removal of bronchial secretions. It is a very good immunostimulator. Thymol has fungicidal, bactericidal, and expectorant properties. It has strong antioxidant properties. Menthol has a strengthening and stimulating effect on the body, respiratory and nervous systems. It is also used for irritable bowel syndrome and indigestion. The remaining ingredients, namely: galacturonic acid, galactose, glucose, arabinose and rhamnose, protect and regenerate the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract. The product contains natural salicylate, which has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Vitamin complex

Vitamin A enhances antibody production, protects against infections, especially of the respiratory system and accelerates the regeneration of mucous membranes. Vitamin D3, in addition to having a strong impact on the body’s mineral and hormonal balance, influences the immune system. Vitamin E is an effective antioxidant that protects the body from oxidative stress and cell damage caused by free radicals. It prevents the aggregation (clumping) of blood cells, ensuring smooth blood flow. It also plays a role in transmitting nerve impulses and supports the proper functioning of muscles. Vitamin B3 is involved in the production of red blood cells and dilates blood vessels.
