Active substances

Magnesium oxide

Magnesium stabilizes the functions of the nervous system. By participating in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, it ensures the supply of energy to the tissues and cells of the body, especially to the nerve cells of the brain, which are particularly sensitive to its deficiency. It also reduces their excessive irritability, having a calming effect on the body.

Valerian

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is well-known for its calming properties and ability to alleviate tension in the central nervous system and smooth muscle groups. For centuries, it has been used as a calming agent, especially to relieve agitation and nervousness. Valerian contains over 120 chemical compounds. Although it is a very complex herb, no side effects have been detected with moderate use.

Lemon balm

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) has a calming, neurotropic effect, relaxing and regenerating the nervous system. It exhibits anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and stimulates digestion.

B vitamins

The B vitamin complex positively influences the regeneration of all body tissues, cellular exchange processes, energy production and the metabolism of sugars, fats, and amino acids. Additionally, it supports the functioning of the heart and the nervous system.

Tryptophan

Tryptophan transforms into serotonin in the presence of vitamin B6. Serotonin, also known as the “happiness hormone”, is a biologically active substance (neurotransmitter) that transmits nerve impulses in the central nervous system. A deficiency of tryptophan can lead to mood changes and decreased concentration.
